Exterior service is weather dependent. Scheduled appointments are tentative until weather conditions are confirmed. Rain, high winds, or other unsuitable conditions impacts the quality of the treatment. We watch the weather carefully and may reschedule to ensure treatment effectiveness.

It depends on the type of treatment being performed. Customers do not to be present for exterior treatments, provided technicians have unobstructed access to the treatment area. If your treatment is interior there are a few factors. Your technician will discuss any instructions regarding re entry to treatment zones if applicable. 

Yes! Pest Wrangler is a registered business that is insured and licensed to operate by the Government of Ontario.

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convience. Payment is due upon completion of services and can be paid in person or through the Jobber customer portal. For treatment plans we do accept either a one time lump sum payments or if applicable a pay per spray, due after completion.
